don't speak!!!

alhamdulillah...
minggu ni minggu ke-9 cik ber"LI"...





so...
bnyk pengalaman yg cik dpt kt cni...
n...
the latest 1 was yesterday...
first time join interview as an observer...
tgk hows they conduct the interview n also the candidates...
hahaha...
ada yg klakar n ada gak yg make me feel surprise....
hooo~




okey...
the important rules during the interview is DON'T SPEAK!!!
okey...
it doesn't means that u can't speak...
but..
there are rules to speak in the interview room....




1st ------> don't speak unless u're speak properly...
okey...
cik adik n cik abg...
listen!!!
eyyhh..
bkn!!
read this clearly...
mksud cik kt sni ialah...
jga adab bila kta nk start conversation with the interviewer..
dear....
yg interview awk tu bknlah kwn2 awk....
dorg lebih berumur dr awk...
greet dorg as a senior...
use a polite word...
kita nk g mintak keja dik oii...
interviewer tu plak adalah senior executive & assistance manager...
ble msuk bilik interview bg salam n salam sejahtera...
shake hand and sit properly....
look at them n answer the question in a polite ways...
PLISSS!!!PLISS!!!PLLIISS!!!
avoid using "pasar" word even u're converse in a malay language...



2nd------> don't speak if the interviewer in the middle of telling u something @ asking u something..
wait until they finish the last word...
then it is ur turn now to explain to them...
avoid from argue with them if u're not sure with the statement...





3rd-------> don't speak bad things about ur previous employer...
dear...
think twice before put a blame on ur past company....
sbb...
interviewer tu akan hilang minat terhadap uuoollss if the first minutes u've already told us the bad about ur past...
we won't accept u because the same thing will happen to us...




4th-------> don't speak if u're not asking to speak....
okey...
just wait for the question before start ur conversation...





5th---------> don't speak if u didn't know what are u talking about...
plis stop talking like u're taking a drug...
don't be ridiculous...
n stay still with the question...
if u didn't understand the question to explain it in the malay and if u didn't know the answer...
just tell the truth...
its okey if u be honest n tell them that u didn't know about that or didn't have any ideas...
jgn memandai2 gebang...
n lastly u even didn' know what are u talking about...
we are not interest with thos who are talking like they know everything while they didn't...
do some research be4 entering the room...
so that u'll be more confidence n can impress the interviewer..





6th------> don't speak rubbish
stop lying and start tell us the truth...
we are from the HR...
we know what exactly are u thinking about...
n dear....
it is too easy to caught u're lying when u start speak...
because sometimes u're forgetting what have u put in ur resume n what are u telling us right now...
i've seen it yesterday...
the more u speak..
the more u make a mistake...



so...
that is a few rules that i've can share with uoollss...
that is just what i got from yesterday session..
okey ladies n gentleman out there...
prepare well for ur interview...
remember...
first impression is the strong point to grab the interviewer attention...
